Sara helps organizations of all sizes streamline their enterprise technology in ways that benefit their employees and the bottom line. Through the process of digital decluttering, organizations can:

  • Reduce IT spend on recurring software subscriptions

  • Reduce duplication of features and functionality to streamline business processes and boost productivity

  • Extract the full value of investments in officially sanctioned enterprise technology

  • Provide employees with easier-to-understand guidelines and training on use of enterprise digital tools
  • Consolidate critical data and information into fewer locations to reduce security risks and pave the way for AI in the enterprise

  • Involve people from across the organization in technology decision-making to reduce inter-departmental friction and duplication of effort, and uncover synergies
